Del Paseo History
The construction of Del Paseo began in 1968 on the west side of Carpenter Road (now MacArthur Blvd) and south of the newly built Irving General Hospital. The development was annexed by the City of Irving upon completion and, in 1978, the Del Paseo Town Homes Association was created.
